Elim International (EI) DBA ANCER was incorporated in 1995 and is tax exempt as a 501© 3 in the USA and is governed by a board of directors. Elim International(EI) is a non-profit organization, EI is also registered in India as a charitable trust, and is lead by a board of trustees and audited by an independent auditor each year, and submits its accounts annually to the government of India. EI has been serving in India since 1988 before it was officially registered, and has a special permit to receive donations from foreign donors for the charitable work in India.
